Georgia House Bill 399 (HB 399)

Georgia law update (HB 399): If you live outside Georgia and own single-family or duplex rentals here, you must have a Georgia-licensed broker/manager (or a broker who employs at least one Georgia-based, licensed staffer) to handle tenant communications and oversight. Effective July 1, 2025.
